View Full Version : I've had a good day today

Well, to start with, my hideously blotchy face is clearing up. Yes, the last straggling remnants of puberty are leaving me. There is the occasional flare up, but i don't care. Today was one of the blotch free days, and subsequently i was like some sort of babe magnet, an industrial sex machine. Wherever i went, the eyes of women would follow. The best example was a cute japanese girl sitting talking with her friend. As i walked past her eyes just latched on me, watching with a smile on her face. Her friend got annoyed when she realised that she wasn't paying attention.
And then, to make things better, i managed to weasel out of doing some tasks i was told to do, so now i'm happily sitting in this big internet place (100 computers, all capable of playing games like BF2, so you can imagine the clientèle), eating sushi and drinking mountain dew.
And for the first time in a while, the weather is just like it is in Britain. I feel at home, for once.
Life is good.

Oh, i always remember to zip up, or i'm just always tripping over myself.
Zing!
Life is good.
:2thumbsup:
Indeed, it is :2thumbsup:
People are always busy busy busy, forgetting to realise how beautiful life can be.
The smile and twinkling eyes of a woman, being inside your warm house while it's raining outside, waking up with the sun shining on your face, a cup of coffee or an excellent beer in good company.
Yes! Life is good! Life is beautiful! I'm alive and loving it! ~ :sunny:
Now, back to work :whip:
I'm buzzed on caffeine and will likely not sleep. I can barely focus on the computer screen god why is it moving? Other than that I feel pretty good, but that's probably just the caffeine talking. The screen looks so far away I think I'm becoming delirious or somesuch but oh well. I think it's going to be a good day. I forgot to mention it's 4:30am... I should probably steer clear of the mafia threads I doubt I'll be able to concentrate on it.

Lucky you. I've been battling this damned thing called juvenile acne for 3 years and it still wouldn't ******* go away! I tried everything, except extreme treatments which would cure me for good, but it still stays on me like rash!
Indeed. I hate the acne. I have as well.
Andres, that's right. Except the spoiler, that spoils the good message you were spoiling.
Shower gell with pieces of sea-salt, pulls it right out. Best advice you will ever have today.

If we're talking acne advice, I found that the best treatment for me was a shower rag with plenty of soap lather. Not that wussy moisturizing Dove crap, either -- I mean real soap, like Dial bar soap. The kind of stuff that "Beauty Experts" advise you not to use because it dries your skin out. The reason it dries your skin out, though, is because it gets rid of all the oils in your skin; hence, no acne. Also, vigorous scrubbing with the rag will clear all the crap off your sin and out of your pores.

:embarassed: Man, you're lucky... any time I notice an attractive woman looking at me, I can just tell she's thinking, "******* hippie..."
I gots to be who I am, but sometimes it sucks.

I never got the acne. Other signs of intense testosterone? Yes. Acne? Only very, very mild.

Edyz - only for 3 years? If it's anything on the scale of mine, you've still got another year or 2 to go.
For those of us who were unfortunate enough, were abouts did you have it? For me it was entirely located on my cheeks just below my eyes, and the gap in between my eyebrows. Every now and then it would hit my forehead or chin but quickly fade.
AWESOME ! Try COD4 !
I second that. ~D

I've had an odd day.
GF's friend confessed she wants to have sex with me. She just wants be to leave the girlfriend so she can do it.
Yikes, pev. That's quite the curve ball she threw at you. :sweatdrop: How did you respond when she said that -- or were you a little too stunned to really react?

I'd wager he was too stunned to react.
Well, I know I'd be.

My life is pretty stressful right now. Lots of stuff to do, and I'm doing none of it. I hate that feeling.
Anyways, good for you, and your good life.

Damn you, Good Ship Chuckle, you jinxed me, wishing me a good life.
I went to the cash machine today and decided to check my bank account. To my abject horror, the receipt read $66.57.
I then took out $50 and am now panicking. I've pretty much guaranteed got a job with the wonderful fascist MacDonalds corporation, but i probably won't be starting that for another week. And even then, how will i afford busfare to get to my job when my living expenses will very quickly eat through my $50?
*******s!

Blast it! 2 more years?! Till i'm 18 years old?! No way man, that would be totally disastrous.
I sometimes wonder why i'm on of the few to have such a powerful outburst that lasted so long.
Turned from forehead to cheeks. On the cheeks, totally on the side. Atm, my right cheek looks like a bombed zone.
Try shower gel with rocks of seasalt Edyz, pulls the yuk out and smoothes it all out, it will be gone before you know it. Friend of mine used to have more craters then an average planet and it works wonders.

Acne is nature's way to remind you to work on your inter-personal skills
Puberty tormented me in a different manner - by preventing me from realising that my bum-fluff moustache would have looked a lot better shaved off  Oh, well, live and learn....

Sorry dude, but I had your best intentions at heart. That's life for ya, though.~
Right when you get comfortable, life throws you a curveball. I somehow feel your pain, even though you are halfway across the globe. I hope you find a way to make ends meet.

Life is definatly good! :beam:
I'm one of the few 18 year olds in my year (they all seem to be born in summer over here) therefore upon my entrance to a party i am immedietly the most popular guy there...with both sexes, which disturbs me.
I have two offers (so far) from good universities and an interview with a third...I'm in my final year of school and am spending the entire summer at my best friends house
these are the best years of my life, 40 years from now i will look back and say
Damn! I had it goood :2thumbsup:
