The Roman and the Greek general fighting it out.
Strange thing that their bodyguards were in fact fighting in the crowd in the background, save for the Greek general and these 7 Roman horsemen. The Greek general was BTW killed not by one of these horsemen but by the single Hastatus to the right who is sneaking in his back.
And say what you want, their culture might allready have been beyond best times, but when it came to battlefield fashions the Greeks were still pointing the direction.

Wow, Great shot! :2thumbsup:
I agree, the KH general is still the most beautiful skin in EB IMHO.

Awesome Screenshot, Konny.
I have a duel too, but admittably not so great as Konny's. The Carthaginian Tyrant of Kyrene tries to stab the Ptolemaic General beyond his shield, while he is concerned with the bodyguards.

I think the Ptolemiac General dropped something, and both of them are now looking for it.

Those pics are just great!

A great shot too.
When I play one of the wannabe Alexanders, like Pyrrhos for example, I always head for the enemy general with my own general. Another faction that I play as fond of personal duells are the Sweboz. Roman generals usually keep out of the fight save for cases of emergency (and battles against Greeks with their bodyguards are always full of cases of emergency).
Nevertheless I had a real Homerian situation with the Romans: A small army led by a Military Tribune against a band of Aedui of the same size led by a chieftain. The only cavalry on the field were the two bodyguards, who clashed between the lines at the begining of the battle when the Brihentin were going for my skirmishers. So both generals fought to death while the men on either side were idle watching (in the end the Gaul fled the field and his army broke very fast when the Roman infantry charged).

Those are both pretty nice, considered photoshopping at all? I reckon you could make some pretty nice artwork out of those.

In my Makedon campaign I have ended up with 1 Thraikioi peltastai out of a unit, and he has won duels against Illyrians, Cretans and Epeirotes.
