Lo peeps ...
I tryed a little around with the V & V´s ... here are some results.
Continous construction of new buildings in a province usualy gives it´s Govenour the "Constructor(?? ... only have the german version)" vitue = +10 Happyness of the population of his province.
If you continously improve the farmland of a province the gouvenour will most likely gain the "Camberlain" (??) virtue = +10 Happyness, +10% Farming.
If your Emisarry fails to bribe an rebel/hostile general and fails, that general will most likely gain the "Man of Principal" virtue = +50% to bribe.
If you fail twice he will most likely get the "Man of Honour" virtue = +100% to bribe. (Buying an "Man of Honour" is expensive but they make nice Govenours)
If you keep constructing buildings throughout your kindom your king will most likely get the "Great Architect" virtue = +10 Happyness, +2 Loyalty for all generals.
If you kill enemy soldiers taken hostage in a battle, your general will most likely gain the "No mercy" virtue = +1 Fear (or was it +2??)
If you conquer a rebel province and release all prisoners, your general/king will most likely get the "Sometimes Mercifull" virtue = +10 Happyness (in all Provinces)
... so far so good and you all should have noticed those ... here is a little special :
If you use one of your Inquisitors upon one of your Generals and the Inquisition fails several times, your general will most likely gain "Atheist" or "Heretic" vice !! So better don´t try that one http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif) .
Some1 found some more ways to "improve" your Generals ?? Good personal is so hard to find these days ! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
