i have Arthurian total war right now, but im working as a skinner for a new mod coming out. can I take all my .CAS files and .tgas andf import them into arthurian so i can skin them

Of course you can do that ..
But you should first ask the creators of arthurian tw do they allow to use them in your mod .. it's polite that way ~:)

oh you completely misunderstood me Im doing a mod that has no relation to arthurian total war but atw is so good i don't want to uninstall it.

if i understood you correctly, lol you cant just copy entire vanilla folder for non-modfolder mods, if it already modfoldered what's the problem? :)
