Hayasdn reform ( caucasian )

I'm playing with hayasdan . I've used Cheats ( money and fog of war ) beacause i would like to see the hayasdan reforms. I've control of all caucaso and I've build a type 1 goverment in Armavir and a type 3 in all other regions that I control. But the '' subjucation button '' doesn't apper in amaseia and mazaka.
somebody has actived these reforms ?

You need to have a number of cities. Included are Kotais, Trapezous, Phraaspa and a few others. Check the Hayasdan FAQ for that. And all these cities need to have a lvl 3 govt or better. (Karkathiokerta is included as well, if memory serves)

The reforms work fine for me.

Did you activate your script? You know the advisor guy telling you something about "You should know"? It opens up each time you click on a city.

Remember, you need to activate it every time you load the game or start a new one, otherwise the reforms and many, many other things won't work.

And when you do get the reforms, remember that the subjugation or homeland markers will be added at the buildings bottom of the list. It will not replace the current 'government resource'.
