Forced Diplomacy: Another Noob Question

I keep hearing about a forced diplomacy thing that some people use to get the AI to accept reasonable treaties and the like. What is it and how do I use it?

It is a minimod. It forces AI to accept the proposal you table. However, it does not alter the underlying relations. So, if you share a border with a faction, the mod will most often just get you a cease fire.
