Hey guys.

I have been always using a Hard Disk which never gave me any kind of problems... except today.

The thing is that I am posting today in this computer, but I know if i reset it there is a possibilty it wont work.

Now, you may know that I "solved my problem" in other thread, thing that seems not to be entirely true.

This started when I had some strange error when my computer reached he Serial ATA part, and it said that the Hardware failed to initiate.

Such thing led me to disconect my pc, open it, clean it with hairdrier, and I took off the lythium battery of the pc for 15 minutes. This gotta work, I thought.

So did it. Well, I started to notice a sound that worries me a lot. IT sounds like its going to shutdown, but it starts automatically again.

To evade this sound, I changed the config of the BIOS to not to change voltages auto. This has so far working ok, not being sure what damage can it do.

Is a MotherBoard problem, or its my disk?

If it's buzzing, it's probably the hard disk. That being said, there's also a small chance it's a motherboard problem, though check the hard disk first. The motherboard is significantly more unlikely.

My computer is still having the problem. I can access it when it decreases temperature.

The error says:
HardWare failed to intialize. Press g to continue!
BIOS does not be installed.

Im looking in some forum for help, but I need serious help from anyone now!.

CALL TECH SUPPORT for whoever made your motherboard. It's ALWAYS the best solution, especially if it's an EVGA or ASUS board.

Not gonna work. It seems a VIA one. Blame capitalism.

My computer is having some voltage/input errors. This is completly ******* up and I think I will need a new pc for this. Gah!

Longing from range of a screwed OS to a hardware component causing it, there are a bunch that could be causing this.

However considering your PC's high temperature falure problem, I guess some component on that machine is giving you hell.

HEllo.

My problem is solved, I am having a defectuous SATA cable. When I move my pc, the cable will just move, stop my pc and Windows, giving an error, then restarts, stops in the VIA SATA RAID tool and gives me the error.

Should I change the cable?

Should I change the cable?

Looks like it. Are you sure it's the cable, or is it the port on the actual hard drive?

It may be that the HDD pin may be malfunctioning with the motion too, which eventually means that your HDD needs to be taken care of.

But anyways best way to spot a hardware problem is the elimination of choices by trial-error method. Go ahead and change your cable. If the problem persists, stare at your HDD in an evilish way. :smoking:

My pc is failing to show the grey colour. The pc will stop entirely when the pc shows the grey colour.
