This is mostly about battle-map bonuses.
1. If a unit has the "Bonus for fighting in woods/snow", what kind of bonuses do they get? Morale, stamina, or just attack? And what if they happen to be in the woods while it's snowing?
2. What about the "Bonus against cavalry" and the "Bonus against chariots/elephants"? What kind of bonuses do they get? What about the phalanx?
3. What about weather and its effects to the compound bow (or, for that matter, any kind of bows)? Is it simply a range decrease, or is attack decreased as well?
4. On a hill, other than a range advantage, what other advantages do archers/missile units have? What are the bonuses if you charge an enemy downhill? Are there any if you fight while in a higher position?
5. How do the general's command stars affect the fighting ability of his men, other than morale?
6. What does it mean when a retinue/trait says something like "+1 Command when commanding infantry"? Does it mean that it only works if infantry is a majority in your army, upon which the command bonus is applied to all units in an army, or does it only affect the infantry, and not the cavalry on the same battlefield?
7. If a family member that is not commanding in an army (i.e. there are two or more family members in an army) has a trait that, say, reduces the morale of the troops, are they calculated? Because it seems to work with governors.
8. Is the phalanx bugged? I lost more general's bodyguards charging a decimated German spear phalanx on the brink of routing from the back than I did similarly charging a Gallic chosen swordsmen unit.
And yes, that's all of my questions. :sweatdrop:
