Elite Thracian Infantry

I tried searching the forums and using the recruitment viewer, but I am stumped about the requirements to build elite Thracian infantry while playing as Macedonia.

What are the requirements?

Native mic level 4 in any of this provinces (From RV )

And this means that you most likely wont be able to build them in Mikra Skythia province.

So that will work with Macedonian govt's III and IV, and the largest baracks for foreign troops?

nope. Gov I and II and 4 level of native barrack ( Native to your faction NOT regional ).
