Why?

'cause I'm a seasonal drama queen. :smoking:

Is it me? All I see are two threads ending with me. If it is me I am sorry. I never meant any offence.

You can't see the red arrow and where it points, IA ?

I noticed it too, just thought that it replaced another ad banner. Oh well.

These started getting through a couple of days ago. AB+ FTW!

(These are not as bad as annoying flash ads with sound. I was kinda shocked when I saw them, Adblock had been doing such a good job it really stood out. Gave me a chance to play with manual filters though ~D ).

LeftEyeNine

Ok ok. I'll stop this.

I'm not having the best times of my life. (That's about 150th time I'm saying this lately)

All I (aged 24) gotta do is to have a job that will let me survive alone, also help building a future. The constant pressure from inside and outside for months is about to make me go and sell myself under an adboard writing "Über-Ugly 24/7 Preacher Turk With Good Sense Of Humor And Satisfactory Level of Libido".

And when I saw that "search for a job" ad there in the Org..well..I got this thread started.

You need to find an older rich lady, my friend. This is something that caravel should have done in his youth, but quite obviously did not.

-Edit: Back in those days it was also hard to find such ladies willing to house and feed a camel.

(Take it from an old man): A young man needs to travel. Backpack, passport, writing materials (or wireless laptop these days, I guess). Flip a coin to decide "East or West", follow your nose for 6 months and come back. Write about it.

Then you'll be 25 going on 50.

sorry for giving advice; it worked for me. I learned my strengths and weaknesses, and the solitude helped me make peace with this guy I walk around with inside.

24 years of solitude is enough, Kukri-sensei.

On a related topic; I typed in "delivery" to that job search box, and got this page:

Cold Fusion Developer and FedEx driver on the same search result; I never knew I was so talented. :laugh4:

I'll ask Tosa to replace my avatar with advertisements, then I'll start spending more time here and earn money at the same time

If having a Bachelor's Degree at Business Administration branch with a good level of English knowledge, high computer skills and talent of building fluent communications with people will let me earn 7648681 $ /month (I can accept Euros as well), I'm moving to where you live...right now !

Despite to have reacted in a seemingly different manner, I'll be travelling into the deep:daisy: soon, Kukri-sensei (Istanbul, that is). I need it, yes. "Solitude" is completely a different story for me, that's what my previous post was all about.

And I love elder people and I love them shedding light. Please don't hesitate for any further.

Hehe. I shudda cropped that screenie a bit, huh?

It and "roll.txt" are where I keep all my speculations on who is who in that game. Sadly, they mostly turn out wrong. :laugh4:

LEN: I just don't want to become one of those old guys who gives advice at the drop of a hat. Next thing you know, I would start sentences with: "When I was a lad...", and young men will roll their eyes and ignore me (or run away). But, thanks for the encouragement.

I generally find if someone isnt happy with their life right now they arent doing enough...go for a walk, preferably one that involves walking up and down a big hill, 9 times out of 10 you'll have an epiphany

Walks make you think, no joke.

If I'm walking, its to get somewhere. If I want to think, I begin scheming. Hehehe...wait...

Thinking is something I do all the time, without specifically wanting to do it, mate.

Too much thinking hurts though.
