Persistent CTD with KH in 159

A friend of mine asked me to post his bug report:

I am playing EB.1.0 with all permanent fixes installed. I also tried the temporary fixes (without effect).
There are no other mods installed.

The game crashes during the AI's turn, while the Seleukid player is moving units around in Asia Minor. There are no cities of them about to rebel. If I don't turn the script on, the game doesn't crash, but if I then activate the Script, the game crashes during the Seleukids next turn.

I tried emptying all my recruitement and building queues, without success.

Well, no. He has already tried all the common solutions and workarounds, so I wouldn't know what else to suggest. Well, except checking for any other cities about to rebel that those of the seleukids.
