Having trouble playing EB

the thing is .
im playing the eb campaign and stuff .
and then , the thing gets out to the windows desktop ,
the game still there but it gets out i dont know why .
i have everything off like messenger and stuff ,
i would appreciate a little:help:

So it crashes? First thing I would recommend is downloading all the 1.0 fixes. If you have already done that try a reinstallation.
