I am going to be making a mod for a map I have made. It will be difficult, and will require the use of flying units and good modders. I can get you some more detailed information up about my idea within a few days.
(Note: Kojiro might interested to know I stole his name for a god)
Flying units are not possible with RTW's engine (though you can have units that give the impression of flying - again not easy at all)...
