I let things get out of hand and had half a dozen provinces rebel,
a couple of turns go by, and without any emissaries flitting around some of the rebels joined other factions,
some stayed rebel,
and some joined me - but i got no popup??
(expected something along the lines of "the people of xyz have allied themselves with your cause" - similar to what we used to get in original STW...)
