Changing the colo(u)rs of projectiles

I think it would be a good idea to make the arrows and bullets more visible during a battle. To this end I am trying to find out how to change the colo(u)r of the bullets, bolts, and arrows in M2K/TW. Can anyone give me a list of the files I will need to change to get this done?

I have DL'ed animationutilitiesv1_1[1].zip.zip, and M2TW Animation Files.zip

And suppose that these are the right apps for the job. But I need to know what files need modding / changing to do it.
