Is there any way to change the default victory conditions in the GC?

For example -
In Vanilla 1.2 the victory condition is capture 45 provinces including provinces a,b,c + d.
In LTC 3.1 it is capture 35 provinces incl. provinces a,b,c + d.
In Broken Crescent, it is capture 60 provinces, etc,etc...

The next time I start another GC, (on whatever style of game I choose) I would like to be able to play it with the victory conditions being over the top! Like capture 90+ provinces or something like that. Could any one tell me if there is a file you can mod, and just how you could go about changing it?

It will probably be a while before I start a new GC, due to my KoJ campaign in Broken Crescent (which I just happen to be doing an AAR for, just click my little link below - shameless plug LOL :smash: ) but I think if it were possible to change, I think it would be handy for other players to know as well.
