1.1 battle screen

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but on the battle screen the time multiplier button is missing. I used this frequently to speed up encounters and to finish off the routing of the enemy as it saves alot of time waiting. Is it still there and if not can it be added?

CTRL-T will toggle between 1x and 3x.
If you are getting "minimal UI" look in the preferences.txt to toggle that off, if you'd like.

My bad --I found it by switching off miniman ui.
