Audio Streaming Websites ?
Yeah we have those Youtube, Veoh, Metacafe and the likes for video streaming. After a bit of a hassle, you can use them for audio streaming as well (such as creating a video of a still image merged with audio).
But aren't there any reliable (my 1st concern) audio streaming websites where you can upload your audio files and them embed them into your website etc. -like Youtube ?
Imeem.com is one of them. However you are required to register if you want to listen the whole file. You are only allowed to listen to the first 30 seconds of the audio if you are a guest, hence making it meaningless to embed that audio file onto your blog/website.
Do you know of any, please ?

Dear pevergreen,
By the time you have read this, I'll have gone astray.
However I want to remind you the thread title: "Audio Streaming Websites".
Fondest wishes,

Indeed, those sites have listed that audio .mp3 files are a viable option.

I can't help you LEN, but thanks for notifying me to the existence of Imeem. I'm enjoying this site quite a bit!

I'm a unintentional techy prophet. :smoking:
I've found divshare.com. Also I've tried the way of uploading the mp3 to the free file hoster Boxstr.com (which can give you a hotlink such as www.boxstr.com/blablabla/your.mp3) and pasting that URL to a Flash music player thingie such as they have at myflashfetish.com or mixwit.com.
Thanks so far. I still would like to hear if you come up with alternatives.
