Don't you think it would be cool if each EB2 province had its own unique unit ?
We have a lot of provinces with unique units in EB1 but wouldn't it be cool if each province had its own unit ? So each province would be interesting to conquer ?

This wouldn't work out due to the hardcoded unit limits in RTW & M2TW.

Don't you think uniqe units like spartans hoplites, garamantines, silures and such so when you conquer the province you know that you will get unique stuff ?

But it would be nice to have more regional units, though I'm pretty sure not every province could have a unique unit. Most would be repeats with different names.
