My modding expirience is equal to 0 I'm afraid heh, but I just want to make a small modification to the game so I hope I'll be able to do it.
How can I change banner skins via modding? For example replace that greek thunder banner with... dunno... a pepsi logo (just an example :P)
Is it possible? And if yes, how?

I'm interested in this,too. I myself would like to give switch the vanilla Greek and Macedonian banners. If possible.
The banners themselves exist in a folder called "banners" in the data folder. But you will also need to change interface files (data/ui/culture/interface), start-map model textures (data/models_strat/textures), menu symbols (data/menu/symbols/FE_Buttons24-48) and loading screen buttons (data/loading_screen/symbols). I think that's all, I could be missing sth...
EDIT: I knew i had missed sth... Monkwarrior's guide has everything you need.
The banners appear in different moments along the gameplay, and the file to be modified depends on which banner you want to change.
