[ Adel: The Second Era ] This game needs you! (at least read)

Hello everyone:
I'm trying to recruit a team to work with me in this new mod. I have experience working with the RTW engine, but I don't know nothing about modding medieval. So anyone that wants to help me with this mod will be welcome. Dont matter if you'll only give me tips or join the team (wich is composed by: Me. ), as long as i can count with you help.

The mod:

Adel: The second Era is a fantasy moddification for medieval total war. In the main campaign you take control of one of the seven great nations and try to fullfill a given objective.

Timeline:
The game will start during what we can call a dark age period. Where the great empires are falling and the new ones are rising. The objective is to allow the player to play it until a era wich will be more likely the 1700’s on earth: Muskets, Cannons and light cavalry, with a very small use of spears. But as it is a long way, one of my ideias is making (if possible) two main campaigns, one starting in “the second era” and one in the “third era”, then the name would change to Adel total war. But for now, the description below all are from the year zero on the first era where the main campaign shall start.

Political System:
You'll use your political agents to spread your political belief (instead of religion) trough the world. You can be a Imperialist, a Democrat or a Royalist. You also can also use your agents to detect and kill any anarchist (rebels) with their revolutionary ideias. Buildings like Senate, Imperial palace or Royal Castle will give you a bonus on the process.

Nations:
There will be seven great nations with which you can start.

The Falcons Republic, the first Democracy of Adel. A revolutionary country! The main short objective is to Eliminate the Falcons Kingdom to finish the revolution. The Kingdom of Aramon is small kingdom, who was recently divided, from where the Holy Kingdom of Alexander was born. The short objective is to destroy the holy kingdom of Alexander, while the long objective also requires you to conquer 20 provinces.

The Kingdom of Voldlov is a rising recently formed kingdom, originally just a tribe on the Stuka Island. Its short objective is to destroy The Tribes Alliance. It's long abjective also include conquering the Zhonfers Empire. [img=https://img146.imageshack.us/img146/9316/voldlovhv4.jpg]

The Zhonfers Empire is merely ashes from what it was during the most of the First Era. Now the player must take control of it and reconquer the Stuka Island back. The Shinookan Empire is a rising force on the continent. With the wealth of the commerce and the power of it’s legion, it have everything to be the next great power. Except for the threat of democracy! The short objective is to destroy the Order of the Tower to consolidate your power on the north mainland. The long objective includes conquering 25 provinces. The Okyoto Kingdom is a traditional and ancient kingdom, and famous for producing the fearsome Samurais. Using these nobles fighters to crush his neighbors, Okyoto has a good chance to become a great and rich Kingdom. It’s short objective is to destroy the Dol-Apur kingdom to take control of the Northern Lands. Their long objectives include conquering 20 provinces and destroying the Ezkhans. The Blinder Kingdom is a small island in the middle of the cold South Sea. Known to have a great naval force, brute man and a strong disrespect for foreign. Now blinder face the recently create pirate confederation as a rival for the naval supremacy. It’s short objective is to destroy the Cynian People, and it’s long objective is to also destroy the pirate confederation.
