Rebellious cities?
what do u mean by that? is there any way to continue this?
Rebelling cities are the cause of most of the current crashes. If you find any cities about to rebel, make sure they do not do it that turn. For how, see one of the other threads here, I've described it a pretty short time ago.
i removed everybody from the settlement and could continue playing. thx man.
