Hey, France is an open and enlightened society. We honour the very best of the cultural achievements of all nations. We appreciate that in Australia's 200 year history, this is Kylie Minogue.

I didn´t realize French cultural orders came out like cereal prizes :coffeenews:
when you´re handing these things out to the likes of Kylie you´re scrapping the bottom of the barrel...I mean...I´ll admit she´s incredibly hot...especially for her age...but that isn´t really a cultural achievement,
neither is that lab-concocted electronic pop noise she calls her music.
