How high do you upgrade valour and armour in MP? (Standard balanced army)
V2 for all troops minimum, even if that means taking less than 16 units.
V3 for general's unit minimum.
I tend to upgrade armour over weapons.

i try to get all inf at valour 3 min, aim for 4. and archers min 1
as for weapons and armour, i tend to do these last of all, and armour for defensive troops and weapons for shock
What florin level do you usually play at?
8000 sounds a nice figure
It's what I used at Shogun and it works here too.Some host very high koku but then you end up with maxed out units that will not route. It's a better game at the lower end but too low and your units have routers disease so be careful

I don't recommend putting a minimum on units because this causes you to have to upgrade something like a gernal's unit even when it may not be cost effective. It is perfectly reasonable to have some units at 0 or 1 florins even on infinite florin settings.
