No that building should be there (it is the only one that is not in Terhazza). Do not destroy it, as that WILL mess up your games.

I found something similar in Gallic settlement, I think.
Hadn't bothered to destroy it, but good to know that doing so would be negative.

I just destroyed the client kingdone gov to upgrade and now I have the option to build a type 1 gov with Romani. :inquisitive:
