New and improved 2H weapon animations

Hello,

I just finished making these new 2H weapon animations which are faster than the default ones with a few exceptions that remain the same or have been slowed down somewhat.

They apply to all 2H axe, 2H polearm, 2H sword and 2H halberd units.

This work was done on my own using KnightErrant's GOAT tool to SLERP and Animerge.

It will be included in VanillaMod 0.92 that will be released shortly and has associated unit rebalance.
