The Russian, rebel, or any faction that uses the "pagan" Campmap army piece shows the faction shield misplaced (or the piece itself is displaced) since the select circle seems to be aligned to the shield.
Is there a way to fix this bug?

I experienced the same thing when playing on a Windows XP system until I adjusted the virtual memory.
Separately, I recently upgraded to Vista and had major problems with CTDs until installed the appropriate graphics card. Now, no problems.
