Which Mod?

Can somebody please help me find a mod that will make the changes i would oike to play with. All I really want is; longer battle (so I can actually try to use tactics to win a fight), make it faster to raise armies (recruit more than 1 unit a turn like MTW2), and also add some new units to the rosters (specifically, some sort of sword armed melee unit for the Greek Cities and Macedon).
With so many mods available I am sure that there are many that meet these 3 requests, but which of them is best?

i do know a good mod put no sword units for greece and macedon but the men actually run with spears in a phanlanx,and it doesnt let you recruit more than 1 unit,try EB

You might want to try Roma Surrectum. It features long battles, zero-turn recruitment, and (I'm pretty sure) sword-wielding hypastists for the Macedonians.
