A question about the client ruler potential fix

I have all the Permanent fixes downloaded, but the only optional fix that i have downloaded is the one that fixes the bloated client ruler script and it is called "ebbs". I do not have the fix that fixes the interloper trait for client rulers, so do i need to download it(which i really dont want to do) before i can download the client ruler potential fix created by lord bulla? Because it says that this should be the last fix that i download.

You don't need the interloper fix then, as the potential Client Ruler fix will overwrite the same file (also the EBBS script, by the way).
