Here's mine. I call it: "An Athenian's Last Stand"
https://img104.imageshack.us/img104/...tition3wx6.jpg
Taken from my current Pontic campaign, where Makedonia and Epeiros dominated all of Greece except for Athens, which was usually under siege, and Sparta, I felt it was my duty to "liberate" the southern Hellenes from Makedonian oppression. My expeditionary army having easily taken Sparte and after a short but costly battle for Korinth, my army had encountered one of Chremonides's sons and was attempting to stop me from, uh, "freeing" Athens from its Makedonian burden. Needless to say, it didn't end well. For the Athenian. And yes, both my general and the Greek general are in the picture, harder to spot the Greek one though, as you can only see his plumed helmet.
Very dramatic landscape, Megas Pyrrhos.
Here's my entry. A postcard from the front.

Known to me as Ouch! or Why Not To Mess With Triarii, this is the fate of the Tarantine Commander after his defense was shattered by a republican army.
If you guys want the original resolution to show up, don't upload .bmp's to imageshack.
neither of those are bmp. The first is Jpeg, the second is PNG.
Imageshack has a 2mb file limit so it resizes the pictures if they're too big. It happened to me, and I though that was the case here.
It's quite small cause I cropped out quite a bit mainly cause of the red line and Soldiers looking idly at the horizon... Do you like it?
Do you like the following? I think it's awesome too:
Stranded (Gulf of Corinth):

CN, you have good luck with pictures.
Do you happen to have a raw of your first one in this thread?
Who won the may competiton? I never saw a poll.
Obelics won the day. Here.
flying pig, it would be much better if it were lager/centered on the action, and banners and arrows turned off
'its going to be one of those days....'
It would have been even better, I timed it slightly wrong, a split second later there would have been three of them covered in flame and skewered in a line. The heavy cropping is because of my minimal UI settings which means I must lose the top aswel due to the minimap.

Uh, in minimal UI you can turn off minimap, unitscards and so on.
EDIT: Damn, Swordmaster beat me to it.
"Battle of Antiocheia"
https://img45.imageshack.us/img45/85...heiaep0.th.jpg
lightly edited screenshot (removed fps counter, cropped unit bar)
Situation:
After I conquered Antiocheia with the Koinon Hellenon, the Silver Death was awoken and sent 2 full stacks towards the city, garrison counting only ~600 men (survivors of the harsh conquest battle).
But my glorious Kretan archers managed to put the single Seleucid siege tower and their ram to fire, so they only had 2 sets of ladders remaining where they tried to swarm the walls. But no way they gonna beat my Galatikoi Tindanotae waiting on the wall and slashing every soldier who sets foot on it.:viking:
I prefer not editing my screenshots too much. Everybody knows the RTW-engine is not good for hyper realistic screens and I prefer seeing how awesome the game can look merely by the work the EB team has put into their mod and what they managed to get out of that antique engine.
love the screenshot senshi, looks fabulous! :2thumbsup:
The Crysis freeze ray strikes again! :drama2:
Please tell me that's a custom battle! Great shots, everoyne
Nope,it was in Hyrkania I believe,Pahlava campaign, fighting the AS;they owned Gerrhaia and probably brought them from there. No wonder they lost that battle badly...
As for the Jews,I'll ice them too so they don't feel discriminated :smash:
I call this: "I'm doomed" :smartass2:
