screenshot problem

Im actually playing EB 1.0 (almost finish by the way) and I want to be part of June screenshot contest. I experience some trouble when taking ScreenS. Once I paste in the Photoshop software i got blank screen. I know that I have to convert the bmp file to something else (like jpeg) before sending it on the forum but I got nothing at all to convert. I have look at many topics but only found people talking about problems... :sorry: if you already have answer to that in the past. (I use :furious3: Vista)
