Mods-which 1 to get?

Hi guys, I'm playing vanilla M2TW:kingdoms n I noticed alot of games here play mods. So, any good mods that is worth getting?

I'm prefer mods that incorporate historical accuracy as much as possible. I browsed through several threads on mods: Stainless Steel, Lands to Conquer, Regnum Dei but i abit overhelmed with all these.

Info about battle AI, mod's stability or anything good/bad about a particular mod is appreciated.

Try VanillaMod. Its a very simple mod that doesn't change much and is true to the original game. What it mainly does is fix bugs, improve the AI, unlock hidden features, and rebalance units including a 2H animation fix + a few other minor things.
