Loading bar graphic - How to change? Where is it located?

In 1.1, the loading / progress bar graphic doesn't seem to be located under \EB\Data\loading_screen, as I would have expected it to be. Does someone know where the graphic is located so that I can replace it?

Alternatively, if you would know how I could solve a transparency issue with it, I wouldn't need to: I want to replace it with the original loading bar graphic because unfortunately, it appears on a black, rectangular background which is visible on the left and right edges against the background loading screen. If that area is supposed to be transparent, it isn't showing up as it's supposed to - I run an Nvidia 8800GT on Vista 32-bit.
