BI.exe with EB makes the moral of every single unit kind of very low on the game?
you just answered your question...
it has nothing to do with the .exe-or mods. your game's battlefield difficulty is causing the problem. there is a huge bonus for the enemy, while you units' stats get axed.
play on medium-life will be easier on you. also EB is balanced on easy (in other words its already hard enough).
Ideal is M/H (M for battle, H for campaign), at least for me.
not a clue... I think its just you... If remmeber well none of your minimods affects moral... in fact I've never seen any minimod that does that...
weird cause for ejample today I had 1 unit of hastati (camillan ones... they have low moral...emm medium..., aa whatever, well they dont have a good moral...) and they were fighting agains a phalanx , suddendly I checked and there were only 2 of em left!! and they kept fighting!!:shocked2:
Epiloge (they fought until one of them died... and well the last guy then started fleeing screaming... poor guy...)
they have good morale, but not very good, let alone excellent: if the rate of attrition isn't fast enough, they'll fight on and on: you have to achieve a kill rate on the enemy for a certain period of time to rout them( and they to you, the same). what the rate is is dependant on troop type, physical, and mental state.
Depending on the quality of your general even Pantodapoi would fight to death.
I've definitely never had no problem with morale, and I've been playing with bi.exe for a good while.
Could you please give us the reason why you think it lowers the morale?
I was playing a custom battle, me as Hay, against Getai, and those very cool dudes with blue shields, the very melee elite of the getai armies (forgot the name) was wavering, in winded, even odds, with 80% of the units alive, on a battle line, against Pontic hoplites
and later, on another custom battle, a levy phalanx was shaken, in a battle line, at tired, against a bunch of bosphorian archers who was fighting in melee and being totally exterminated, so i thought
'' OMG?! ''
:wall:
units will fight to the last man if they got others around them, and they aren't getting torn to pieces fast.
ive had multiple units with only 1-8 guys in the midst of a huge deathmatch (no clear lines, we charged into eachother and instead of having frontlines, they just mingled into eachother)
