Editing the Augustan Reform conditions

My apologies if this has been asked before, but I was wondering if there is a way to edit the script in order to bring about the Augustan Reforms in a way other than the default way. I know how to edit the conditions for the Marian Reforms by changing the number of settlements from 90 to whatever I wanted, and was wondering if there was a similarly easy solution to editing the conditions for bringing about the Augustan Reforms?
