Changing turn time

Salve! I'm new here, so my apologies if this is in the wrong place or it has already been addressed. I am simply curious if there is any way to change the amount of time each turn takes - from perhaps six months to three? This is a great site, but there's a lot of info and I'm still getting my bearings. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

You can increase the number of turns per year, using a script. There are quite a few around (each mod has its own one) and some "stand-alone" ones. Try finding Myrrdraal's multiple-turns-per-year-script thread, should be somewhere around here.
