Simple. Click "Post a new topic" and activate the additional option "make a poll" and set it up :book:

ok now I clicked the post a poll option , and used preview , however there's no poll , how can I set it up?? hehehe:sweatdrop::sweatdrop:

To access the poll function, simply scroll down the page when starting a new thread. You should find an area entitled "Additional Options". In the "Post a Poll" sub-section, check the "Yes, post a poll with this thread" checkbox.
Once you've clicked to submit the thread, as you normally would, the options for creating a poll appear.
