I like being Makedonia but in custom battles Makedonia does not have it's elite phalanx in its troop selection. how do i edit that and put units where i want in the custom battle selection screen and play with them.

A: All of the regionals cause a problem for the custom battle / multiplayer list. There is a special EDU for custom battles / multiplayer in the "...Rome- Total War\EB\mp custom game edu" folder. Rename your campaign EDU then place the EDU from that folder into the "...Rome - Total War\EB\Data" folder. When you want to play a campaign again, switch back to your original EDU. EB v1.1 now comes with the trivial script, which will automatically switch the files for you. ok now how to i tell the trival script to run the multiplayer custom battle script
A) Run the Trivial Script through the Configuration menu, and select "Multiplayer"/"MP" from the appropiate selection box (in the main menu).
B) Run the Shorcut called "Play Multiplayer" which automatically loads the Trivial Script configured for MP duty.
