For example, i'd like to create the Spartans or Athenians as a faction. How do i do this and still have all the same things The Greek Cities have?
There's a hardcoded limit of 20+rebels factions, and RTW is already at that limit, so you can't *add* a new one. YOu cna modify/replace a faction though, if that's what you want.
