Shurly it was used as a shabrack, not a saddle. In any case if you are going to have these sorts of laws then they should be fines, not jail terms.
There should never under any circumstances be any reaction whatsoever from a government against people abused socalled "patriotic symbols", or any other symbols for that matter.
As long as it's your own stuff, of course....
