Ok, I don't like the look of the settlement Details screen (borders, fonts, headings, background colour) .. it looks too ... average, and i want to make it look more ... Romanic and better .. come to think of it, the Character details screen needs updating as well.
Can these screen be changed or are they hard coded? Surely they're stored as a picture file somewhere?
