When I form a crusade I try to put a high ranking general or heir in charge so that the crusade has some good leadership. Too often however as the crusade moves through the province the general in charge becomes one of the troops who drops out along the way. Sheesh he was in charge of the thing. How much confidence does that inspire in the troops when their fearless leader hears his mother calling and has to go home.
But seriously has anyone else had this problem of the high ranking general they put with the crusade disappearing?
