vanilla mod without ai-cheats

is there a version of the vanilla mod without the ai receiving cash-injections?

or

is this an easy edit of a txt file or some other mod game file?
if so, can anyone show me which files and what to edit?

Hi, yes it is indeed possible.
All you would need to do is edit campaign_script.txt and remove the entire AI cash section.
