The point though is he isn'tmarried, by the game is saying he is not available either becauseit think he IS, or because he's not "available".

Could be!
Re: Possible Bug re Marriage
In my last French campaign my Heir got married to a gorgeous Sicilian princess, who was charming and useful and fantastic. He had the holy pupice and should have been popping out babies like nothing.
But he wouldn't. Next thing I know he's in his late twenties with not so much as a daughter. His father's nearing his mid 50s, and I'm thinking "what's up?"
Next thing I know, bam! it shows up that he's into men. ARGH! After I spent so many hours developing you into the next great king of France!
End of campaign.
Re: Possible Bug re Marriage
Hmmm....
You'd think he would have done his duty as a prince just to cover up his tendencies. Being married to a beautiful foreign princess for that long and no babies?
Might as well start wearing a (insert stereotypical reference here).

Holy Pupice?
Maybe having part of the holy crotch makes men curious?
Re: Possible Bug re Marriage
I have the exact same problem. Also my factions prince and lady are in close proximity.
