Anybody have any suggestions for improving the look of the tactical battles visually? That is other than buying a new graphics card. I tried diff color schemes (16 bit true color, 24, 32, etc) but this didnt do much. Does the number of colors improve the game? I have noticed small grey or light colored squares near the edge of the horizon but when I move closer they disapear. Perhaps these are reflections from the sun or graphic problems? For the most part the graphics I've been seeing look about the same as shogun with no improvements. Anyone else here able to get better graphics by tweaking display or similar settings?

I don't know if this works in other gfx cards but if u have an nvidia card change the "Mipmap LOD bias adjustment" to a negative value, this will make everything sharper, the normal that comes with the card is +0.8 and the max detail is -3.0.

If you mean little pixels, i think thats the monitor's detail and your games resolution.
