This thread is for seasonal summaries of in-game events by the Chancellor and Basileus, and reports by the Strategos' on actions they have taken with the saved game.
Other than the Chancellor and Basileus, Strategoi should only post in this thread to say they are taking the save, to upload a new save, and to report whatever actions they have taken with the save.
Chancellor Report, Spring 272BC
There are no important news at this moment.
Our most eastern settlements near Saka and Baktrian borders are rioting. More than 600 people have died in those riots.
People in Hekatompylos are planning to rebel against our rule. Our newly pointed Satrap there should lower the taxes and hope for the best.
We are allied with Baktria, Hayasdan, Pahlava, Pontos and Makedonia. I have received letters that the first three actually are trying to brake their alliance with us and that they have already made such preparations.

Changed taxes in Sardis to very high, but left everything else as is. Note that Pontos has entered Kappadokia with an army. Do they have military access through our lands? Is this a belligerent move on their part?

Basileus and Chancellor Report, Summer 272
I used units from Ipsos and Sardis to create Lydian Army. They are stationed between those two towns under Captain Polianthes. They need two more units to be in their required strength. Theodotas Termessou Pisidikes should take command over them and build a fort there so I could send the rest of the units there in winter later this year.
Syrian Army has been recruited and are stationed north of Damaskos under Captain Timon. Aratos Arethousas Syriakes should move from Mazaka to Syria so he could take command over the army.
Kleronomous Basileion' Royal Army shall be gathered near Ekbatana where Theodoros Syriakos resides. His army is under Captain Omanes' command.
Parthian Army shall be gathered to Antiocheia-Margiane. I have sent some units from Prophthasia and Alexandreia-Ariana north. They should arrive to Margiane either spring or summen next year. They are commanded by Captain Hermogenes.
I have recruited some units to my Royal Army from Mesopotamian cities. They are commanded by Captain Dion at the moment.
Sent those 2 units that were with Timarchos Anaias Mysiakes back to Susa.
No Satraps Armies were recruited or have I started construction of any buildings since we don't have enough money.
Set the tax level to maximum in all cities
More serious news. Civil Revolts in Marakanda and Alexandreia-Eschate have thrown our garrisons out of the towns. Those garrisons were merged and are moving towards Antiocheia-Margiane.
There is a man of great potential in Antiocheia. The benefactor of that man is Achaios Syriakos. It's his decision whether he accept that man into his family or not.

Moved to bridge just outside Pergamon, i believe, and requesting permission to set up small mercenary early defense/patrol unit thanks! (Probably just consist of 2 Galatians Swordsmen and one Cav Unit whatever i can acquire if i am aloud to do so)

Basileus Report, Autumn 272
Although it is said in the 'Rules' that Royal Armies have the priority over everything else I have allowed Regular Armies to be completed before the Royal Armies. The reason is that it would be logistically impossible to get those units from all corners of the Arche to get together for a royal Army. So I have recruited units for them only in Mesopotamia and surrounding towns.
Now, I am proud to say that Syrian Army and Lydian Army have been completed!

The Commanders should keep the list in their SOT and after every battle they should mention whether they need replacement or retraining.
Parthian Army is almost finished. It needs just 2 more units to be in the required minimal strength.
Current units in Parthian Army: 1 Pantodapoi Phalangitai and 1 Persian Archer in Margaine; 1 Persian Archer-Spearmen unit under Captain Aribazos north of Margiane; 1 Pantodapoi Phalangitai, Arachosian Skirmisher Cavalry and 1 Madian Medium Cavalry under Captain Hermogenes south of Margiane.
My Royal Army have the following units at the moment: 2 Pandotapoi Phalangitai, 1 Shipri Tukul, 2 Eastern Slinger, 1 Toxotai, 1 Prodromoi.
My Heirs Royal Army have following units: 1 Persian Archer unit, 2 Pantodapoi Phalangitai and Eastern Slinger unit in Susa.

Chancellor Report, Autumn 272
Our diplomats have done some good work. They made a peace with Saka Rauka and signed trade rights agreement with them. We also sold them map information for 2500 mnai.
Another diplomat renewed our alliance with Baktria and we promised to help them against some Eleutheroi for their map information.
Since we lack the proper funds to build anything then no buildings have been constructed. How ever we did repaired the barracks in Hekatompylos since it didn't cost that much and we couldn't spend money to anywhere else.
