Woah, that is weird.
The rebel capital can recruit any unit regardless of AOR.

Why are the rebels named Aphistamenoi? In my Romani campaign, I had the same Aphistamenoi rebels all around the Balkans. Aren't the rebel armies supposed to be named for the relative area they spawn in? Also, why are all of the pirates named Lesterion or something like that? Does Lesterion mean anything in Greek/other ancient language?
Aphistamenoi apparently replace the RTW "brigands" that spawn anywhere. AFAIK the local Eleutheroi armies are only recruited from the settlements.
The ultimate battle against the Eleutheroi must be you facing their 3 stack armies composed of all elite units of all factions. That'd make an awesome battle.
u get a handful of CTD thats what.
Maybe that's Chris on the way back from his ludicrous migration? :beam:
ok, this is wierd...:laugh4:
well, that's the RTW engine..
With AS near Tarsos I found a rebel family member with the Ptolemaioi traits of the Egyptian name, the Egyptian victory conditions and the Egyptian king.
In truth I found these traits after bribing him, so I don't know if for some reasons they suddenly appeared when he passed under my flag. O.o''
