Vista Eb installation need help quick plz

Hi, im trying to install EB on vista, and need some help as i want to install it correctly. Correct me if im wrong, but for vista do u have to install rtw 1.5 in a folder other than program files( which is default), and then when u install eb u must pick the same folder as rtw, which cannot be program files?(which is y u have to install rtw in a file other than program files)?

Right now i installed rtw 1.5 under program files, should i reinstall and give eb another try? Thanks for your help
