Unpacking the Kingdoms expansion

Is there anybody who could tell me how to unpack the data from the Kingdoms expansion? I have recently discovered that you'd need unpacker_americas, unpacker_crusades etc; but I don't seem to have these unpackers, even though my game is updated to the 1.3 patch (which came with the expansion). Maybe it could have something to do with the fact that I have Vista? Anyway, I think my surest guess would be to download these unpackers from somewhere, would anybody know where I can do that?
