Can't dload historical battles files??

sorry if I am missing something obvious but after logging in and trying to dload zipped files for historical battles from this site i just get the message:
You don't have permission to access /files/files/MTW/Battles_Historical/Dorylaeum.zip on this server

are the files no longer there or do i need some higher level of access? thanks!

I am sorry for the delay in your receiving a response. The hosting seems to be down currently. I'm not 100% sure when this will be resolved. I suggest you try again periodically.
